From International Arrival to Receiving Care in China

We provide integrated coordination for overseas patients returning to China, covering airport reception and handover, ground medical transfer, medical support, and admission or transfer to the final receiving facility.

A case may be initiated by an overseas medical transport provider, an international assistance company, or the patient’s family.

Based on the patient’s medical condition, flight arrangements, arrival airport, and final destination, we coordinate the appropriate vehicle, medical equipment, professional personnel, and receiving facility in advance. We also support bilingual communication between the overseas medical escort team and the relevant service providers in China.

After the patient arrives in China, the local team completes the airport handover according to the agreed plan and transfers the patient to the designated hospital, rehabilitation centre, nursing facility, senior care institution, private residence, or other receiving location.

If the flight is delayed, the arrival time changes, or the receiving arrangements need to be revised, the relevant services can be re-coordinated according to the actual situation.

Medical transfer requirements vary significantly from one patient to another. The appropriate vehicle, equipment, personnel, and receiving facility must therefore be determined on a case-by-case basis. We do not use a single vehicle type or standard configuration for every patient.

• Arrival city in China and final destination;
   
• Whether a hospital, rehabilitation centre, nursing facility, or senior care institution has already confirmed acceptance;
   
• Contact details for the family or responsible party in China and overseas.
   

The more complete the information, the more accurately we can assess the patient’s needs, coordinate suitable resources, and develop a safe, compliant, and workable arrival and transfer plan.

For a healthy traveller, landing usually means the journey is almost complete.

For a patient who is bedbound, functionally dependent, or in need of medical support, however, the international arrival is only one critical stage in a much longer process.
