Skiing First Aid Training
Skiing First Aid Training
Common skiing injuries include sprains, cuts, fractures, falls, dislocations, head injuries, spinal injuries, and internal organ damage. Frostbite is also common. The most frequent injuries are sprains, strains, and fractures, which account for 70%-80% of all skiing injuries. Among these, sprains and strains are the most common, comprising around 34% of skiing injuries, with knee injuries making up 80%. The most common knee injuries in skiing are medial collateral ligament (MCL) and meniscus tears. Sinoaid's Skiing First Aid Training is designed specifically for those engaged in ice and snow sports, aiming to reduce the risk of various sports injuries associated with skiing through professional first aid training.
