Sinoaid Health Promotion Center Organizes Heart Rescue Demonstration Course for Songjiang District Safety Production Association

On April 12, 2024, Sinoaid Health Promotion Center was invited by the Shanghai Songjiang District Safety Production Association to conduct a demonstration course on first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) under the American Heart Association’s Saving Hearts program. This event aimed to enhance the first aid skills and emergency response capabilities of employees, improving their awareness and ability to handle sudden cardiac emergencies.

During the course, the professional first aid training team from Sinoaid Health Promotion Center provided participants with detailed explanations of basic first aid knowledge and procedures. Special emphasis was placed on demonstrating the correct usage of AEDs and performing high-quality CPR. In addition to theoretical instruction, attendees had the opportunity to practice these life-saving skills in a simulated environment to ensure they are prepared to respond confidently in emergencies.

With the increasing occurrence of cardiac arrest incidents in public spaces, the importance of AEDs is becoming more evident.
